Digital Elevation Model of the Caucasus Mountains (Optimus / Power Red / Glowing Globe / Color Class)

The presented image is a visualization of a digital elevation model (DEM) of the Caucasus  Mountains and vicinity (Great Caucasus, Caucasus Mountains, Caucasus Mts). This is the result of the interpretation of the land surface radar mapping data (Shuttle Radar Topography Mission, SRTM Version 4, 2008) and its subsequent processing using the ArcGIS Desktop v10.3.0. Esri Inc., application tools and also using a graphical editor.

Thematic layers: high-rise model of the land surface, shadow relief shading (Hillshade based on Cluster method modified for slope - Cluster Hillshade (Slope), hydrological data, gradient elevation coloring, map design elements...
